How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
All of our items are shipped fast & free right here in the USA. Because we fulfill all of our items from the USA you can expect to receive them on average in 5-8 business days. 
Note:Due to the pandemic, many orders may face delays and increased shipment times. This means that the 5-8 business day range could be more, anywhere from 7- 21 business days or so. Normally all our products are shipped from the USA only, unfortunately due to the circumstance and out of stock issue we are outsourcing outside the USA until the inventory issue is resolved. Thank you for your patience! 
How can I track my order?
We will send you tracking information to the email you provided us at checkout. This email will also guide you how to track your package. Please note that the tracking information will be displayed 2-3 days after you receive that email. You can often check your tracking at as well.
When will my tracking information appear?
You should see tracking events within 48-72 hours after you have received the tracking number. The reason for this time lag is that in most cases the first tracking event only shows up once the shipment has left the fulfillment center.
Why does my shipment status show unchanged?
Your shipment may be delayed. Delivery time delays can be due to e.g. weather incidents, backlogs etc. Please note that tracking information can be displayed after your order started being shipped.
Why didn't my shipment come in one package?
We ship orders from various warehouses in the United States. Our stock is spread out over multiple fulfillment centers in order for them to get to you faster. This means orders containing multiple items may be shipped individually. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way.
 What countries do you ship to?
Currently we only ship to the United States. However, due to the security reasons, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes or military bases.  
How do you ship?
We ship orders from one of our fulfillment warehouses right here in the USA using USPS mostly and occasionally UPS & Fedex. After your order is processed by our facility we will send it to the shipping company and it will be completely handled by them. You will be provided with a tracking number so you can follow along with your order
How much does shipping cost?
All our items are shipped out separately unless you buy two or more of the same thing. All of our items shiped FREE at the moment! This is the best time for you to grab this opportunity to get the best from our top quality products.  
How can I pay for my order?
We offer safe shopping and accept payment via Paypal, Credit card, Debit card or VISA. 
Can I pay COD - Cash on delivery?
No. Sorry. We can only accept payment in advance. You can use one of our secure payment methods to pay for your order. 
How secure is my personal information?
Your credit card information and personal details are encrypted during transmission using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer technology), which is widely used on the internet for processing payments. Your credit card information is only used to complete the requested transaction and is not subsequently stored.
I have placed an order with multiple items recently, can I combine them into one package? 
Since we work with different suppliers with warehouses all over the USA, we don't have all our products in one place, so when you order multiple items at a time, each item will be shipped separately. So you may  receive one item before the next. Don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once. Rest assured, they will all arrive soon.
I have put a wrong shipping address and.or picked a wrong size/variant! Can I change it? 
If this happens to you, email us as soon as possible, we MIGHT be able to take care of it. However, we can't promise anything as all our items are usually processed immediately after you order and ship out the same day or a few days after. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won't be able to stop it. Contact us anyway, we still care, and we'll try to make it right for you. We know how frustrating it can be to pay for something you can't use.
Warranty & Return
My product has a problem. What can I do?
Step 1
Try to troubleshoot the item by checking the manual we provide in the package. Often we can solve the problem for you without you needing to send anything back. In many cases the product seems to have a problem, but it can be solved by restarting, installing properly, or fixing an accessory.
Step 2
If you still have difficulties with your item, especially for complicated products such as Car DVD Players, GPS or TV Boxes, we will recommend that you get the product installed or inspected by a qualified technician to confirm that it is faulty rather than incorrectly installed. 
Step 3
